Hi! Thanks for visiting our website.
We are currently nearly maxed out on production on our small farm. We have limited capacity to add new clients for delivery, but You can always shop at our farmers market booth. Thank you in advance for understanding!
RESTAURANTs
We love to work with chefs who value locally-sourced, high quality ingredients and partnering with a farm through the seasons. Growing for chefs has become the cornerstone of our business and deeply shapes how we approach farming. We are committed to top quality, freshness, flavor, unique varieties, and consistent availability.
All produce is harvested to-order for you the day before or day of delivery; we wash and chill all produce to ensure best shelf life, and deliver it directly to your kitchen. We offer a set delivery schedule year-round. We do have order minimums and reserve the right to charge delivery fees for delivery to out of the way locations. You are always welcome to pick up your order from us at our Farmers Market booth in McMinnville on Thursdays during the market season (May-October).
CATERERS & personal chefs
We would love to assist you with your local & seasonal produce needs. For small quantities of product or inconsistent needs, we recommend shopping either at our Farmers Market booth (season runs May-October) or at the Cooler at Mac Market (5 days a week, year-round).
If you need larger quantities of product or will order more than a few times in a season, please fill out the form below to be added to our fresh sheet email. Minimum orders apply. Pick up at our Farmers Market booth is preferred; if that is not possible we will ask you to meet us along our established chef delivery route. We do not deliver to residential addresses.
Seasonal availability
What we have available shifts with the seasons. We will have certain standard crops available for much of the year (salad mixes, cooking greens, root crops), but we do not have crops available wildly out of season (no tomatoes or basil in the winter). Everything we sell is extremely fresh and reflect the season we are in. We work best with chefs who recognize seasonality in their menus or else regularly use a handful of standard vegetables on their menu and can be flexible with occasional bumps in availability.
For a basic seasonal availability chart please click HERE. This chart covers the main season when we are at peak production (May-October). We do have product 12 months a year and deliver year-round, but availability in the Winter season has much more variability and we do sell out of some crops. Between December and March we are solely reliant on what was planted or harvested & stored in the fall to get us through to the first new crops of the spring season.
Please also note that we are a small farm with limited acreage, and sometimes we will simply sell out of a product because demand is higher than we anticipated. We work very hard to communicate clearly about gaps in availability and try to give you warning in case you need to source elsewhere until a product is available again. We plant all season long, so chances are what you want won’t be gone for too long.
Delivery radius
Please note that we do not delivery outside of Yamhill County. If you aren’t located in Yamhill County, we will not add you to our fresh sheet but can happily recommend other farmers to contact if you’re looking for a farm to partner with.
