Farmer Beth
Beth grew up just down the road in Scholls, Oregon, a long-time farming community. Her childhood was full of gardens and animals, but she didn't consider agriculture as a career until working on her thesis at Linfield College. After graduating from Linfield, she was involved in the local food system through work on various community projects and non-profit work. She started farming in 2013, and hasn't looked back. Sustainable agriculture is her passion and growing food is her life's work! On the farm, you will probably find Beth in the prop house, seeding another round of lettuce or flowers, or else out in the field harvesting the week's bounty to take to town.
Farmer Erik
Erik Grimstad is Beth's partner in crime, and an all-around awesome guy who loves farming and eating good food. Erik graduated from Linfield College with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and works at the City of McMinnville Wastewater Services Department. On the farm, you will probably find Erik zipping up and down beds killing weeds with his beloved wheel hoe, building something, or taming the chaos by mowing.
Farmer Sabrina
Sabrina Beck joined the Even Pull Farm team in late 2022 as our “Sous” Farmer. She works closely with Beth and Erik to run the farm’s daily operations, taking the lead on harvest days, running the crew, troubleshooting and problem solving on the fly with ease, is our resident insect expert, lover of gummy candy and peppy play lists, pace setter on the transplanter and everywhere else, and all around head of fun on the farm.
farm crew
We don’t do it alone! Since 2017, we have been lucky enough to work alongside a number of folks as part of our Even Pull Farm Crew. These individuals work just as hard our there as we do, and we are grateful and privileged to have worked with each and every one of them. EPF Crew Rocks!
