ABOUT our FARM
Even Pull Farm is a 3 acre intensive market garden farm producing a wide range of fresh produce and cut flowers in McMinnville, Oregon. We have long-term restaurant clients, a strong farmers market following, and are entering our 10th season of production. Currently we sell everything we grow within 25 miles of the farm. We are proud to be a hyper-local farm, focusing on serving our local community all year-round. We take a lot of inspiration from our chef clients, and work hard to be an extension of their kitchens by maintaining extremely high quality standards, consistent availability, and a fun diversity of product.
At Even Pull Farm we value hard work, dedication, passion & craftsmanship. We love a good hustle, and find great pride in crossing things off of lists, walking long rows of beautiful & healthy crops, and packing a completely full van on market and delivery days. We find the physical & mental challenge of farming deeply fulfilling and beautiful, and are always learning and improving as farmers and humans.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Part time field crew (1 position)
This is a seasonal position, ~Early April-end of November. 20-30 hours a week (3-4 days) of on farm work, primarily harvesting with potential to be part of the Farmers Market team as well!
full time field crew (1 position)
This is a seasonal position, ~Early April-end of November. 40 hours a week (5 days) of farm work, including harvesting, field work such as planting, cultivating, pruning, pulling spent crops, and the myriad of other tasks it takes to run a vegetable farm. Potential to be part of the Farmers Market team.

We cannot provide on-farm housing to employees, but will do our best to help you find housing nearby if you are not already local.
